Flux Business Development Fast track is an intensive five-day training targeted for early stage technology startups.Your startup should preferably be a SAAS-company (not required) situated somewhere between MVP/Prototype phase and early growth.

During the five-day interactive training by experienced entrepreneurs you will go through different topics which have direct impact in your startups’ success. Each day will give you clear and actionable plan to make your startup stronger in the field of the training.

The coaching will be organized from Monday June 13th to Friday June 17th between 9am and 4pm. Each day includes minor pre-work that gets you tuned for the day and an intensive coaching or workshop section where you go deeper into the topic and reflect it on your own startup. In the end of the day You’ll have a clear hands-on plan to develop your startup further.

SCHEDULE OF THE WEEK:

Monday / Team building
On Monday Jussi Markula, the founder of Prominda Revolution will be coaching the startups through an interactive workshop on building and fostering a efficient and positive company culture which will equip your team with the tools to get through the hard times every startup will face at some point.

Tuesday / Revenue Models
Tuesday we will have the privilege of having the former Startup Sauna Head Coach and experienced founder and Investor Inka Mero to teach the teams about different possibilities when it comes to revenue models. Inka will also take the teams through the challenging decisions related to product pricing.

Wednesday / Sales
Come Wednesday morning we will take on the feared challenge of sales. How to tune your style according to the audience and what are the most efficient sales methods. Sani Leino will take us through an interactive workshop where every team will up their sales game.

Thursday / Digital Marketing
On Thursday it’s time to turn into the world of Digital Marketing. Co-founder of Digitys and Tatami Media Labs, Mikko Rindell will go through how you can generate leads in the digital channels and turn them into a paying customers.

Friday / Fundraising & Pitching
The last day of Fast Track will push the teams to better their elevator Pitches with the formidable pitch coach Mike Bradshaw. After that we have an opportunity to learn how to make your startup fundable from serial entrepreneur Mika Marjalaakso who has an extensive experience when it comes to fundraising.

Due to the nature of the coaching and time limit only ten teams will be selected to join the program via application process.
